Clockio es una aplicación de fichaje laboral que permite a las empresas registrar la entrada y salida de sus empleados.
La foto y la ubicación se capturan solo en el momento exacto de clock in / clock out. La aplicación no accede a tu cámara ni a tu ubicación en ningún otro momento, ni en segundo plano.
No usamos estos datos para perfilado, publicidad ni ningún fin distinto del descrito. No los vendemos.
El tratamiento se basa en tu consentimiento explícito (otorgado al aceptar este aviso en la app) y en el interés legítimo de tu empleador para verificar la jornada laboral. Tu empleador es el responsable de los datos; Clockio actúa como encargado del tratamiento en su nombre.
Los datos se conservan mientras dure tu relación laboral y el periodo de registro legal aplicable, tras lo cual se eliminan o anonimizan. Las fotos se almacenan en un bucket privado con acceso restringido y URLs firmadas temporales.

La empresa que contrata Clockio acepta, al crear su organización, ser la responsable de los datos de sus empleados, informar a su personal sobre esta recogida y usar Clockio conforme a la ley aplicable. Clockio se limita a procesar los datos según las instrucciones del empleador.

Data is retained for the duration of your employment and any applicable legal record-keeping period, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Photos are stored in a private bucket with restricted access and temporary signed URLs.
